Emergency Call Outs

We offer our customers a 24 hr response call out in case of emergency. If your equipment has been used on a fire, been damaged or stolen and needs attention urgently we are only a phone call away.

Our engineers will endeavor to get to you on the same day or latest by 24 hours after your call. After you report the need for a call out, one of our engineers will call direct to determine the problem, the equipment affected and possible need for replacement equipment so when they arrive on site they will be able to correct any issues you may have and leave site having rectified the problems and secured the safety of the site once more.
